Explanation
q (liquid fraction of feed) = 1 − vapour fraction. For 20% vapour, q1=0.8; for 80% vapour, q2=0.2. q-line slope = q/(q−1). Slope1=0.8/(0.8−1)=−4.0. Slope2=0.2/(0.2−1)=−0.25. Change in slope = −0.25−(−4.0)=3.75.
